Location, service and overall experience superb

Friendly staff, always available to help and always with a smile. Genuine people. I thought there was some sort of error when they said “free dinner” (as well as free breakfast and free tea and cake) but it wasn’t.

It was one of the best hotels I stayed at in Norway and the price was excellent! The service was excellent and included breakfast which was amazing. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice stay, nice place

Really friendly front-desk staff, nice bar, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. I wish the shower tiles weren't so slippery and free parking would be nice, but otherwise a great night in a nice hotel.

Good choice for quick stay - downtown Fredrikstad

Great location near downtown Fredrikstad near restaurants and quite close to the train station. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great - lots of variety. Parts of hotel are a little run down in appearance and the lobby is quite small and dark but the room was clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay.

Tror det må ha vært verdens koseligste resepsjonist jeg møtte i disken! Rommet var så som så, var veldig lite og ikke så koselig, og badet er ikke ment for litt røslige karer, men for kun å sove der ei natt var det jo veldig bra, god seng. Vil nok komme dit igjen, men da vil jeg nok oppgradere rommet ett hakk 😊 Parkeringen til bilen var helt magisk for sånne som meg som er redd for parkeringsbulker og trange parkeringer, VELDIG BRA!👍
