Den space features beautiful polished floorboards, large open space, beautiful modern bathroom with stand up shower. Guests have access to backyard.

Perfect event space for: birthdays, baby showers, Xmas party, game night, photo shoots, film productions etc…

The event space is limited to the Den space and back yard of the house only with the second floor of the house off limits to guests at all times. House is blue on the middle of the block. All guest to enter through white gate on the left side of the house. Tables, Lighting, sterners, chairs, playpen available upon request.

OVERNIGHT stays are NOT allowed unfortunately.
Event space is for a total of 6 hours which includes Set Up and Clean Up. If additional time is needed there will be an additional fee per hour upon request. GUEST MUST START TO CLEAN NO LATER THAN 30 MINUTES BEFORE END TIME and MUSIC MUST BE TURNED OFF 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR END TIME.

Gate to be closed at all times
If any event goes longer than 11pm or violates the strict noise restrictions, the event will be terminated immediately and guests will be asked to leave. There will be a deposit of $200 made payable via cashapp/zelle upon arrival with the deposit returned once the event is over and there is no damage found. Any violations will result in the deposit being forfeited including having loud music or noise that disrupts the neighborhood or having an event go past 11pm.
-Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. All garbage is to be placed neatly in garbage can in backyard area. No loitering in front of the property. No nailing/hanging/taping any objects on wall. Renter is responsible for any damages to property that may have been caused by the Renter and/or the Renter’s guests. Renter’s are required to adhere to the Backyard Rules posted on the walls/backdoor and are required to ensure their guests honor them as well. Owner and/or host will use reasonable best efforts to report any damages or loss of property to the Renter on the day of the Event, however, some things may not be noticed until after the Event ends. Host reserves the right to make a thorough inspection of the property and identify/assess damages within five (5) business days of the event. If damage has occurred, we will provide an itemized list to the Renter and host will invoice renter for payment in full or deduct expenses from deposit. Note: We will make reasonable best efforts to repair all damages prior to contacting renter in the event equipment can be fixed on site
