The manager has good customer service skills but the property is not maintained for the price nor is it suitable for sleeping peacefully. I changed to a second room after my complaint of being scratched by wires sticking out and was first told to move me I would need to pay a different price event though the room was unsafe . I refused and show the scratch on my leg and we were moved . The second room was dirty bedsheets had hair , bathroom door hanging by one hinge so we used it without shutting it . However breakfast was included in stay and that was good and local food from restaurant was fab .

Ciao, questo è stato il mio primo viaggio a Freetown, ero in pensiero ma arrivato al hotel il direttore mi ha fatto sentire a casa mía. C’è sicurezza le 24 ore, lui è sempre disponibile, e anche il staff. La stanza perfecta, buon letto, ho dormito bene. Mí hanno lavato il vestito, portato la colazione alla stanza per fino sono andati a prendere mandarines è banana che io volevo mangiare. Sempre mi hanno chiesto se mi trovavo bene è cosa potevano fare per me? Come ho detto prima mi sono sentito a casa per quanto riguarda la accoglienza. Giù loro hanno un ristorante e ho mangiato, per quanto ho pagato no mi aspettavo tutti questi servizi e attenzioni.
