The 30 square meter 1-room apartment is fully and tastefully furnished. It is light and quiet.
There is a kitchenette with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower and toilet.
A double bed is available for sleeping.
For entertainment there is television with cable connection, as well as Internet via WLAN.
There is a washing machine in the basement.
From a large balcony there is a wonderful view to the south of Black Forest and Schönberg.

The closest tram stop is a 5-minute walk away. The train goes directly to Freiburg city center in 9 minutes.

The apartment is located in the now internationally known district of Vauban. The district was built with ecological considerations in mind. All houses use little energy. Vauban has no traffic.

Shops and facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity, as well as green clasps with playgrounds, sports fields, a nature-conserving stream, a large and well-run restaurant on the market square. After 5 min. One is on foot below the Schönberg "in nature".

The apartment is on the 4th Floor (accessible via an elevator).
It is located in a so-called passive house. This means that the room temperature is always pleasant and the used air is exchanged on its own, even when the windows are closed.

Angenehmes und praktisches Studio in Freiburg Vauban

Diese Ferienwohnung in Vauban ist hervorragend für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und praktisch für jeden Bedarf. Der Vermieter dieser Ferienwohnung ist äußerst hilfreich. Bei einem WLAN Problem war er innerhalb von 10 Minute vor Ort. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und problemlos. Das Studio bietet alles was man benötigt. Die vollständige Küche mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Ofen, Spülmaschine und Kühl/Gefrierschrank ermöglicht eine komfortable Selbstversorgung. Der Esstisch, kann auch als Schreibtisch genutzt werden ermöglicht mit dem guten WLAN auch zu Arbeiten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, der Balkon bietet zudem eine nette Aussicht auf den Schwarzwald. Sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung, mit weniger als 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Stadtbahnhaltestelle. In weniger als 10 Minuten ist man bereits in der Innenstadt. Alles was man täglich braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. Mehrers Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt am Mittwoch Nachmittages sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei gute Dönershops und ein qualitativ hochwertiges Restaurant (Süden) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vauban selbst ist ein angenehmes und ruhiges Viertel, besonders fahrrad- und fußgängerfreundlich und mit geringem Autoverkehr. Alles in allem kann ich diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen – eine Oase der Ruhe und Annehmlichkeit inmitten des lebendigen Freiburgs.

Very nice flat

I booked it for family that was visiting me in Freiburg. The neighborhood is very charming, such as the property manager. The check-in went smoothly and the flat is perfect. All the needed kitchen tools are there, the bathroom is very modern and the view is also very enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Comfortable apartment in Vauban

We stayed in Andreas' apartment a second time this summer. It is in a beautiful, quiet and safe location. The apartment is well-furnished and very comfortable. There is a nice balcony where you can enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Andreas is very responsive.

Beautiful flat in a cool sustainable neighbourhood

The flat is gorgeous, with a good selection of utensils, toiletries, laundry facilities, etc. The neighbourhood is a really cool sustainable community and the neighbours were all friendly and quiet. Andreas was an incredibly helpful and kind host. Easily my favourite stop on a long trip!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

Andreas was so helpful and was patient with out check-in even with train delays pushing our arrival time back a few hours. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to stay in a passive building in Freiburg! I love having breakfast on the balcony. Andreas was an incredible host. When I return to the city, I won't stay anywhere else!

Perfect for our stay in Freiburg

We chose this location because of it's proximity to our daughter and we were so happy. The neighborhood is lovely and real, the tram is right around the corner and goes right into the heart of the city. We enjoyed the 5 Senses cafe on the corner and Andreas was a wonderful host. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay in Freiburg/Vauban

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Andreas is an excellent host who responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, with public transportation easily accessible. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was very hot in Freiburg, but there was a large fan that kept us cool. We plan to return!

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, eine Dunstabzugshaube wäre noch ganz gut, damit man die Essengerüche nicht so stark merkt.Die Umgebung hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, es ist so ein halbes Industriegebiet und es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Tolle Unterkunft und gute Kommunikation

Zwischenstopp in Freiburg

Das Appartement war für uns ideal, um Freiburg und die nähere Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Zentrale und doch sehr ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Es hätte auch eine sehr gute ÖONV-Verbindung in die Stadt gegeben. Die Kommunikation und die Übergabe liefen perfekt.
