Nice hotel experience but NOT an airport hotel
My stay was fine but the fact that it is called Munich Airport Hotel is false. I was dismayed to find it a big taxi fare ride from the airport and even the hotel shuttle back to the airport was another 15 Euro. I expect an airport hotel to be onsite at the airport or a mile or two away. This was a 20-30 minute drive from the airport. It should not be called an airport hotel

Nice hotel but service was not up to par
We only had 1 bath towel in our room. The hotel bar prioritized a large groups order before ours even though we ordered before them. We took the 6am airport shuttle & paid 30euro. The driver was extremely rude & did not drop us at our terminal because he was running late.

I had no idea such a pretty town was nearby. A great place to have walking access to food as well as the oldest brewery in the world and also easy to the airport.

This hotel is too far from the airport even thought they claim to be an airport hotel. They even do not provide a paid shuttle to airport after 10 am!! You have to use a taxi!!

comfort of met expectations.
Restaurant food was delicious. There was significant confusion with the airport shuttle. While it did not affect my schedule, there were other guests for whom this was an issue. I didn't have clear information about how to summon the shuttle to the airport so I ended up taking a taxi for my stay. This hotel is very consistent with the Marriott brand so it met my expectations in every way. The only downside was that I had no way to charge my phone in the room since the USB ports were not live.
