Okay, but not great
Staff was okay, but the hotel looks nicer inside than out. It feels a little unsafe because there were definitely people "hanging" out in the hallways and in the parking lot. The room smelled like smoke even though it is a non-smoking hotel. It was pretty quiet surprisingly, but it was definitely no frills. Also, you have to request dishes if you want any, despite it having a full kitchen. I don't know that I would stay here again, except it is very conveniently located near a highway, food, and other attractions.

Decent Hotel no frills
Decent hotel with kitchenette. Everything looked good. One elevator was under maintenance. Breakfast consists of pre-packaged muffins, granola bars or oatmeal packets. Coffee and hot water provided. Bed had ants which was reported to the desk clerk upon check out.

This location has such out-dated furnishings...the drains in sinks and tub were corroded and gross! The cooking elements were outdated and so was the cabinetry. The refrigerator was leaking water into the racks below. The floors turned our feet black which means it had not been mopped in who knows how long. I had to mop it myself three times to make it livable. Lots of people just hanging out just beyond our side entrance...old cars just parked in spots...didn't feel safe in parking lot.

Not a horrible place to stay. But it could use some better maid service as I have stayed here twice within a month and have found trash in both rooms. Please do a better job cleaning!!

Great place tonstay! Staff is even more amazing!!
Super quiet location. Amazing staff. The staff is the reasion i keep coming back. Customer service it the best i have ever had. Had a broken remote, staf came to the room trying to program a remote and make sure it was working. She went above and beyond

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Nobody greeted me and I had to call out for help. Service was not friendly. Kitchen looked outdated and the room had a smell to it. Will not be staying there again.
