Highly Recommended!
Super clean rooms and facilities! Every person encountered was helpful and kind. This Best Western Plus is the best hotel we have stayed at and it is so close to French Lick/West Baden. Highly recommend this hotel. Beds were super confortable too, and pool water was warm. Thanks for an amazing stay, 2nd year in a row!

The room definitely had not been cleaned…dust everywhere. We had to get something to clean the desk and table by the cushioned chair because something had spilled and never been cleaned. Breakfast was a 2 star at best. Food was barely warm. The item that topped it off was the little creamer cups curdled when we put them in our coffee. The young man at the desk was very friendly and gave us wipes to clean the spilled liquid in the room.

The staff is awesome. The property is well cut and well-maintained. The gym has decent equipment. The pool appears well maintain the room is comfortable. The only dislike I had was the level 2 car chargers that staff member states or installed about a month ago. You have to scan a QR code on the car charger And then it goes to a webpage or ask for a code and email address without the code. You cannot connect to the charger and now we’re on the page. Does the request for you to go to a website or anything. When the staff member asked the manager the manager told him that I just enter my email address and then a code gets sent to my email. Well I tried that but again the page wants a code and an email address together, so unfortunately, no way for me to charge my car here . I do realize a lot of people are new to the EV charging game so I have to give them some leniency for that. Maybe my next visit here they will have a little bit better understanding of how they’re supposed to work.

We booked a golf trip to French Lick and decided to stay in the Best Western Plus....or rather Minus. Got to the hotel late after driving 4 hours. Got to our room, and went to bed. There was a family next door whose kids were out of control, running up and down the hall and yelling from 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Parents were nowhere to be found. Called the front desk at 11:30 to ask them to intervene. We heard the phone ring in the adjoining room. No one picked up. So, 15 minutes later I went down to the desk to request another room. Guy at front desk looked like I was bothering him. He said he didn't have the same type room (King) but he could put me in a room with two Queens for more money which was ridiculous. We were on the 2nd floor so I asked for a 1st or 3rd floor room. Instead he put us five doors down from the noisy room. Luckily it was quiet there and we slept well. Get up the next morning to shower for golf outing and see the inside of the shower curtain had five different places where blood was clearly visible. Told my wife to shower with the curtain pulled back. Upon checking out I told the front desk person about the bloody curtain. He said thanks and didn't offer a discount for our crappy stay. Don't go to this place. Mgmt seems to not care about making your stay peaceful or bloodborn pathogen-free.

The boy at check in was unprofessional and not very polite. The room could have been cleaner but overall the hotel was not bad. The thing that upset me the most was the American 🇺🇸 was torn up so bad that they would have been better to not have had one flying at all.
