This hotel was a great choice. The restaurant across the street was excellent and had delicious food. The waiter was exceptional. The price of Cobblestone was reasonable. The employee at the desk was very helpful.

Check-in was very nice. Everyone is so friendly there. It was a great property to stay up for a couple days. My son enjoyed the pool. They were always helpful with anything that I needed. Definitely will come back and highly recommend.

EV charger has not worked in months. I specifically booked the hotel to be able to charge my car, but it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked. If they aren’t going to take the time to fix it, then take it off as an amenity.

I had reserved my room through hotels.com, and this apparently confuses the staff at the hotel who I checked in with. This has happened previously. I presented my credit card for incidentals, but ended up getting charged again for the room by doing so, even though I'd already paid for the room prior to coming down. The manager resolved the issue the following morning, and I'm grateful to her for taking care of it. But, ideally this problem should be rectified with the staff I checked in with so that this doesn't happen again.

We have stayed at this location many times over the years because we have family in Salem and this is the only game in town, but no more. We will drive elsewhere going forward. The property is in a state of disrepair and is just plain dirty. And, please note, there is NO elevator in this building, so pack accordingly. You will be carrying your bags upstairs.

Clean Property. Nice stay
Very clean. Breakfast just ok. Passed the cleaning lady the morning on the way to breakfast and no acknowledgment from her. At least give eye contact and say good morning. Still left a tip as the room was clean. Would stay again.
