Leaky ceiling at the elevator. Large Roach in our room. Asked for a view room of canal or bourbon street and got a room view of an alley. Rude front desk female clerk. Noise from street up until 1am.

The Crown Plaza was disgusting. Let’s start with the SMELL of our rooms moldy musty! Our sink did not drain our toilet did not work our room phone did not work the electrical outlets did not work. There was no fridge as mentioned in the amenities of the room. The maintenance man had to come to our room several several times a day to spray air freshener on the carpet! He himself advised us to leave ! We took 2 separate UBER’s to and fro the airport both gentlemen said they would never recommend Crown Plaza to anyone! We had no choice but to stay because there was nothing else available once we arrived. I’m asking for some kind of refund. We did not even receive the proper room. We booked a suite for 5 people and ended up with 2 disgusting rooms.

We didn't like our view (brick wall and other windows right across from us) but the hotel was peaceful and friendly which was what we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept extremely well for a change. Will be going back when we visit again.

The coffee maker didn't work. On check in toilet was leaking, I notified the front desk no one ever came to check. But the hotel was nice and close to everything was looking to experience while in New Orleans.
