Location was great - walkable less than a mile to trolleys, great restaurants in French Quarter, and activities like steamboat cruise, Caesars Casino, shopping, etc. Staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. We can hear live jazz music down the streets from our second floor room late at night, which we did not mind.

Great location, service, cleanliness. Shower fixtures broke twice in three days for us, and once for our friends in a different room! Location couldn’t be better, in the midst of the French Quarter, so don’t expect it to be quiet at night.

right in the middle of everything. beautiful old world property. staff is great, especially Kenny at front door. rooms spacious and comfortable. lobby had plenty of seating to people watch. bar had great talent every night. Only issue was no hot water every day until 7:45 a.m. Weird but workable. will stay there again!

Absolutely perfect location and wonderful staff. It’s a beautiful hotel but we didn’t have hot water for 2 out of 3 showers. Other than that, perfect stay!

30 minute cab ride from the airport for $36.00. Very good location at the corner of Bourbon Street and Orleans Street. Very close to the action. Went for 3 nights over Thanksgiving and had a great time. Close to Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral, street merchants, great food. lots of drinks and music everywhere. I'd recommend the Bourbon for another trip!
