Really pretty historic hotel. One block away from the noise which is nice. Prob a little overpriced for space (tiny rooms). And housekeeping weirdly came knocking at 9 am the day of an 11 am checkout for some reason.

How is this a 4 star hotel!?! The wallpaper was peeling, none of the plugs worked and there was mold growing on the ceiling. The bar and restaurant staff were rude and slow. Good location, but still a bit too close to Bourbon Street to sleep well in the evening.

If you're looking for a location in the heart of the French Quarter this might be the place for you. We moved after 2 nights of a 5 night stay to a hotel 10 minutes away and significantly less money. It was much nicer.

The New Orleans Omni was just close enough to Bourbon Street to not need an Uber, but far enough that we could sleep at night. The front office staff was very kind. The pool was popular, deep, and refreshing. Would have loved a hot tub and breakfast if those were available!
