This 3-bedroom Victorian house was refurbished in 2021.

Downstairs has a lounge with sofas and TV, and separate dining room with seating for 6. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay. Beyond the kitchen is a downstairs bathroom with toilet and large shower cubicle.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 - King size bed and large wardrobes
Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with zip-link beds that can be made up as a super king size bed if required
Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with 2 single beds
The upstairs bathroom has a full-size bath, toilet and a walk-in shower.

The rear garden has outside seating under a pergola. To the front of the house is off-road parking for up to 3 cars.

Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are also provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Perfect & Peaceful
This property is in a perfect location, 10 minutes to Freshwater Bay beach, numerous walking paths including the Tennyson down/monument or loop to Alum bay/Needles. You can even walk into Freshwater with its unique shops, supermarket and friendly restaurants/cafes. The house has two off road parking spaces and is a beautifully maintained Victorian red brick semi. Very quiet neighbourhood with a small grocery shop at the end of the road and a cafe. Inside the house is spacious and had all the household equipment you would need. There is a convenient shower room/we on the ground floor, with a huge bathroom and a bonus separate W.c on the first floor. All three bedrooms were well equipped and spacious. There is also a good sized front room with three two seater sofas and a large dining room with seats 6. Many an evening after a tiring day of walking and exploring the island we settled down with a board game (provided) and some island treats. Management company were very prompt to respond for a quick repair. Excellent communication. This property is very well managed,maintained and outfitted. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to the Isle ofWight!
