Room was great except for the fact that the toilet got backed up in the middle of the night. When we called to get it fixed there was no technician on site, and the front desk could not locate the plunger. Needless to say, we had to walk down to the lobby in the middle of the night to use the restroom.

The only problem I had was I had requested a handicap room with two queen sized beds and when I arrived they had none of those in working order. They accommodated us with a shower stool and we made do. It would have been better if the shower head would have been detachable.
