The staff was rude and unprofessional. My son is disabled and we are currently homeless. We are in need of a safe secure spot and we are having to check out today. They can't work with me until the welfare covers the costs to them until they pay which should be by Monday.

It was pretty basic and decent. The young man electric man was awesome. Very kind. However an hour before I checked out there was a roach crawling on the wall and the trash cans in the stairwell were overflowing and the smell was awful but it was cheap and okay. I've been in worse.

There was trash and a pile of dirty towels outside the door. There was an odor and flys in the room. Within 5 minutes of check in a roach crawled out from the bathroom and I immediately left.

This hotel appears at first glance on the website to be ok but I have traveled the world and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far, the Positives, No bugs found at all the linens appeared clean the shower was hot after letting it run for 5mins and had good pressure, the staff was polite, it had a electric stove full size fridge, and microwave all clean, the Cons, it doesnt feel safe, there are people standing out of their rooms smoking pot, theres a large homeless population in the store parking lots around the hotel, I wouldnt feel safe walking any where, Im not sure if this is a hotel where transients live part time or not but appears that way, there are no waste baskets or trash bags in our room, the halls and elevator smell like urine and have trash cans spilling over onto the floor, the curtain rods were falling off the wall.the paint was peeling off of door jambs and doors where they are touched frequently, there were multible unpatched holes in the walls where shower curtain rod had been pulled down. It was only $88 dollars, so I guess I shouldnt expect much, they charge a $100 security deposit, said it would be 3/5 days to clear it cleared in 3 days if you just need a cheap place to stay for a night or two than this could be the place if your not timid, but I would not take my wife there again nor kids.

I stayed here for couple of days never gave them a problem I would ask for stuff that should already be in the motel room would never show also they kept half of my deposit because they said I damaged there property when it was already there to begin with.
