2. Honesty is the best policy! Max occupancy is 5. Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are not allowed.
3. No parties! Please respect our home as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Be a local! Please don't leave trash outside the home or in the yard. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you need local recommendations, let us know!
