The property was dirty and unsanitary. They were out of hand soap. When asked the manager on site, his reply was the hand soap is out of order, what do you want me to do about it. Very unprofessional

This property was dirty, there was no soap by the sink, the toilet had not been flushed, the light bulbs were burned out and no one seemed to know how to make the tv work. We checked out and went somewhere else. Now I need to know how to get a refund from Expedia!

I enjoyed how smooth and easy the check in process went. The staff was friendly, helpful and talkative! My room was a standard room, nothing more and nothing less. The bed was comfortable and the lining was clean which is a big plus. The towels were worn and some had stains on them that just couldn’t come out in the laundry. And when I asked the young lady at the desk, she was very helpful with getting me some fresh towels. The thing that I didn’t like the most at this property was the commotion that was going on next door. A man who was obviously unstable and under the influence was walking from room to room banging on doors and other room windows while yelling threatening comments. For the first hour i tried to ignore it but after a while I had to say something to the front desk. The police was called. Later when I stepped outside my room there was blood everywhere. There was blood on the window seal next door to me and on the ground. After all the things that already happened, I just closed my door and went to bed smh.

We were really disappointed in this hotel. Yes the hotel did a makeover of the rooms with new bed and new furniture but they did not update anything else. Our toilet did not flush the first night and mainteance had to come and fix it the next day the toilet was working but then later in the night the toilet stopped working again. The hotel just offered to move rooms but we were already settled in and my husband messed with the toilet and was able to fix it. Also the shower was not draining and my husband had to fix that. Ice machine was not working on our floor. We were hoping that with the renovations it would have been a good stay but it was not

In parking lot there is broken glass, looks like someone’s vehicle was broken into recently. The key cards don’t work, so I have to walk with all my luggage back to front desk for new keys. Once inside the room, the carpet is visibly stained in multiple several places. The door dead bolt does not engage/work, I cannot seem to turn on bedside lamps, and shower tub has several yellow brown stains on tub surface

Refused to give me the room for almost 3 Hours
The front desk told me that I had no reservation even though I had paid and showed the receipt. They refused to give me the room. It took 2.5 hours on the Expedia customer service website to resolve it. The firdst three agents said there was nothing they could do, and it wasnt until the fourth agent who finally resolved it. Meanwhile the hotel manager kept repeating that I hadnt paid and refused to give me the room even though I had the reciept from Expedia. I will never use hotels.com again.
