I have never been asked to give the ids of all adults in the room nor have I been asked to leave a $60 cash deposit. I rarely carry cash. At checkout I had to show my id and they radioed to staff to check my room before I received my deposit. There was a sign on the tv that said if removed it will trigger an alarm. That said the room was clean, very basic. The area was quiet and seemed safe but those precautions they take made us feel unsafe.

Pissed off at 11pm!!!!
When my husband attempted to check in, he was asked to pay a deposit of $60 IN CASH!!! He did not have that much cash on him, and they would not accept payment by card since we booked on Hotels.com. It was 11pm and he was traveling, towing heavy equipment. He needed to get some sleep. Instead all he got was this garbage.

Well first there was the cockroachs then we asked to be down stairs because my son has autism so he walks heavy and doesnt quite understand there are people below us they didnt have any and they didnt offer to switch us rooms at any point we asked for an extra night on are last day and they told us no because my autistic child was to loud and they were rude the whole time we stayed and the first night my husband went down stairs to get a soda out the vending machine whuch was in the office which she then went on to accuse him of not even staying at this hotel then called me on ny phone conplaing that i needed to have him bring his i.d down and he needed to sign in like why didnt she have him do that while he was down there or why didnt they have me do that when i first checked in no one said anything to me the staffnwas rude the whole time and then got mad when i didnt let the cleaning person into the room said it was mandatory which i did not know again no one told me we didnt leave the room a mess we cleaned up after are self there was no reason to be as rude as they were

The occupants/motorcycle club barbecuing outside their room on the walkway, 2 doors down with way too much lighter fluid was very disruptive. I think I was the only other occupant in that end of the building and there was no way I was going to complain since they would know who complained. I ended up leaving and driving back home. I was exhausted.

Stay away from this place. Especially if you are an Expedia customer. I was given a smoking room which had so much bad air I had to go to the store and get a plug-in air freshener. I openef the refrigerator and a spider was crawling around. Room was putrid. Television was pathetic. This is the typical room they give to customers who went through a third party such as Expedia.

Check in at this facility was a little strange. They require a $60 cash deposit. I double checked all the expedia paperwork and that was not mentioned. Luckily, I had some cash and was able to stay, but I wonder what would have happened if I didn't have it. They stressed to make sure you don't forget to pick it up in the morning, which made me think they probably pocket money from Guest that maybe leave in a hurry. There was cockroaches and a really bad smell coming from the bathroom. There was also no complimentary toiletries. The TV also turned itself off even though we actively changed the channels and toggled the volume. The one nice thing was the beds, they were comfy. Would not recommend staying here unless its your last resort.
