It's alright. Nothing too great. Wasn't happy with the receptionist. There is a 60$ cash deposit. Credit card wasn't allowed. Needed me to go to an ATM to get it. Gaslighted me like it was written on the app via the order - checked again and it wasn't. Attitude was ugh. A family were tailgating outside their room drinking and it had a bad look.

I did not like when I said I did not need housekeeping and the lady at the counter told me on the phone that they had to clean when all I was trying to do was relax she then told me we have to clean it that was such a inconvenience for me I did not like that other then that it was ok

Paper thin towels. EVERYTHING, including smoke detector, was under lock and key. $60 CASH deposit required. Will be returned once room is checked and linens accounted for. Not sure how safe area is. Parking lot was well lit, but because hotel is right off the highway, I kept checking on my car. Not sure I'd stay here again.

I would stay again!!!
The room was clean, the telephone didn't work, the TV didn't work properly so I had to go down to the front desk and they had to send maintenance up to reset the DirecTV. One of the main reasons we came here was because it had laundry, laundry was broken!!! Second reason we came here was because of the pool, the pool was amazing, the water was very clean and not over chlorinated!!!

TV had repairs that took 3 hrs and my bags were in the room and I hauled them upstairs so I had to wait. Asked for an adjustment to the price but they never responded so I went down to the receptionist and was told the manager was at a concert with her son but never bother to call that afternoon/evening or the next day. I’ll never stay there again.
