Breakfast service and food was great! Good review ends there. Rooms were run down and depressing. No maid service - had to beg for clean towels day 2. Outlets were so worn out chargers just fell out! Not one - but everyone!

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but unfortunately, my experience was far from convenient. A family of 5 arrived around midnight, and after calling the hotel for the shuttle, I ended up waiting over 40 minutes—almost to the point of having to take an Uber. To make matters worse, I had four large suitcases, a carry-on, and two kids who were already asleep, so waiting outside in the cold was extremely frustrating. It felt like the hotel was unprepared to handle the shuttle service at such a late hour. The location is great, but the lack of timely service really made the experience unpleasant. I hope the hotel can address this issue for future guests.

This is an airport hotel. It’s convenient to the airport, but not much else. Sadly, I used their park and fly option, and someone hit my my car in the lot and they have no cameras there.

Stayed here on the night we arrived in Fresno, one night when visited King's Canyon and did not want to drive all the way back to Cedar Lodge and our last night in Fresno. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was friendly and quite helpful. They provided a microwave on request. The laundry was handy, but you need to download and use an app to use it. Excellent breakfast in the morning restaurant and dinner in the evening restaurant. The key did not work on the door of our first room on the first night, and they got us another room. It is very close to the Fresno airport which is the entrance airport for Yosemite National Park.

Always first choice
Check-in was quick and efficient. we've stayed at Piccadilly several times over the years and had excellent experiences. This trip was not excellent due to room size and noise, but it will not deter us from staying there again. The restaurant is wonderful. Staff is friendly.
