Summerfield Inn is a classic, old fashioned, single story, park in front of your door motel (motor inn?). It was very simple and quite clean. I never did understand how the television worked, but I barely understand my own.

It was extremely hot during our visit-116°. The pool was lovely but the AC unit in our room was mediocre at best.

Good stay for the price.
It was a good stay. Staff was ok. Rooms were clean. I wish the air conditioner would get colder. I set it at 65 but it felt like 75. It was better then the 97 outside tho. Only real complain is that the lobby area had an overwhelming smell of garlic. It was too much. It litteraly slaps you in the face. I would stay there again but will not go in lobby.

CONS: I got an allergic reaction (like cat dander reaction) from pillows - which means they had not been washed property. Concierge was miserable. Told me after 10pm they are not available. Had a random knock at my door at 2am. Crackheads walking around the front. PROS: Rooms were updated.

This is an older motel that has been completely remodeled and is very nice. We were a little set back by the area, but we felt safe.

The first night we were exhausted so the noise between the rooms was a bit annoying. I had to ask a fellow guest to turn their TV down well after 10 pm. It was very uncomfortable to ask them however they did turn it down. The walls seems to be thin. The next night was flawless and that was nice with no neighbors on either side of us.

Amazing hot day in Fresno, and the room was very cool. Clean, spacious room. Very quiet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Staff was top notch.
