I I love this property, I have been staying here around Thanksgiving time for many years. It is clean, quiet the staff is lovely. The property itself needs some updating and the pools needs to be heated. It almost does not seem safe to have such a cold body of water in the middle of the hotel.

It was an amazing area and good setting. But saw cockroaches in the hallway and 2 went in the room, and im dissabled and had to roll super far from where i parked to the entrance because there is no ramps from the spots into the side entrances or sidewalk. Just front. Breakfast was ok

No issues with staff. Jacuzzi was closed. Pool is not heated and was rather really cold. Carpet floor all around our room was stained. Not sure if carpet is ever cleaned or not. Even the lamp cover was also stained. Making the place seem dirty in general.

Needs some updating. Breakfast line was ridiculous…gave up! Wall heating unit very noisy, shower curtain not waterproof, microwave at its end, hole in bath towel! Fridge in bar area broken. Staff were the biggest plus at this location.

I appreciated the great service of the hotel staff, but I did take issue with the location of my room. Being so far in the back, my connection with the wi-fi was spotty at best, and often disconnected at worst. It's not a major deal-breaker for me, but some range extenders for the wi-fi would be nice. It was also a bit of walk from the room to the main lobby for breakfast for my parents, since both of them have a hard time walking. I understand that closer rooms won't always be available, so I won't hold that against the staff. My only real gripe is the spotty wi-fi connection in relation to my room, but overall the stay was pretty good.

This property is average and the rooms are dated, with the need for more attention to the bathrooms. It literally looked like something I didnt want to use! I saw hairs in the bathtub and the soap area had pink residue from... someone's soap. Also, the carpet in the common areas could use some cleaning. This property meeds some work and is very close to being 2 star.
