Beautiful location. We asked to have a window seat and were told they were all reserved. (Please excuse that I doot speak any German. so It might have been a miscommunication.) As far as I could see there were window seats which were not used that morning by the time we left.

Wir waren extrem enttäuscht mit dem Zimmer. Da in diesem Hotel überall Hunde erlaubt sind auch in jedem Zimmer waren überall Hundehaare. Das war so ekelhaft. Hat auch so gerochen. Nachdem wir das angesprochen hatten wurde nochmals gereinigt. Hundehaare und Teppiche passen aber nicht zusammen. Es ist nicht sauber geworden. Der Wasserdruck war so gering das das Duschen und Waschen eine Herausforderung war. (Schlimm) Beim essen stande das Personal hinter einem und hat dir den leeren Tellern sofort unter den Händen weggerissen. So eine Unruhe.

An sich war es eine schöne Reise. Leider hatten wir nicht das Zimmer wie in der Beschreibung vorgesehen. Schaute man aus dem Fenster sah man auf der einen Seite direkt auf eine Sanierungsbedürftige Wand. Auf den Vordach schaute man auf dem Putz der schon von der Wand gefallen war. Fast alle Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und bemüht die Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend.

einfach-praktisch-gut
Hotel ist großräumig, sauber, schlicht mit DDR-Flair. Zimmer sind sauber, Betten gut, Bad einfach-praktisch. Essen (Buffett) ist gut und ausreichend. Sauna geräumig- wirkt sehr alt, Liegeraum klein (4 Liegen), ungemütlich und kalt. Highlight ist das Hotelkino- sehr schön ! Leider macht der Personalmangel u. die fehlende Liebe zum Detail (z.B. Deko) sich deutlich bemerkbar! Die Lage des Hotels ist für Wanderungen ideal.

Vielleicht war die Matratze weniger qualitativ
Guter Service, gute Sauberkeit. Das Wohlfühlen bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wird dadurch getrübt: nach jeder Nacht habe ich mich wie gerädert gefühlt. Die Qualität der Matratzen scheint meiner Meinung nach nicht dem westeuropäischem Standard zu entsprechen.
