Stylish and Modern design . Entire house for your family. (Not a party venue home) Take a dip in the salt water heated pool or just enjoy relax time on the patio. Grill master can cook steaks, burgers & corns on the built-in outdoor grill while cooking beans on side burner. Cold drinks can be in built-in drink chest. Also enjoy the pool table , foosball , other games & treadmill . Then settle in for a great night of TV or Stream a movie. 1king, 2queens, 2sets of bunker w trundles , two full size sleep sofas and one queen airbed.

House Rules :

1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10 pm - 8:00 am. Pre-approval is required for any visitors.

2. Parking: Only parking on the back driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. and 5 cars is the max. If more than 5 cars, please park in the public parking area close by (end of the block street side of the apartment complex).

3. Spa /Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon advanced request only. The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 82-85 degrees or spa to 99 degrees.
The heat fee is $80 per day for the pool and spa.
If you only need the spa heat - $50 per day.

Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 82-85 degrees is possible within 10-12 hours, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is at or below 40 degrees.

Spa Heater.
Spa heat can reach 95-99 degrees within 2 hours
(the same operational temperatures apply for Spa heating)
If the outdoor temperature is 40 degrees or lower heater is not going to be operated to protect the unit.


4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20/ per night / per guest. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. (Not a party venue home) Outdoor quiet time is 9.30pm , No parking in front of neighbors' house . Visitors needs pre-approval , Unauthorized guests are not allowed.

5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

Great Area and Comfortable Stay
We came to the area for a medical appointment and needed a dog friendly comfortable place to stay. The house is very nice and in great area with tons of restaurants but also in a very quiet neighborhood. We did not have time to use the pool or BBQ but they looked fantastic! I highly recommend this home.

We stayed here to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it was a great meeting spot for our family and had the perfect setup. With the bunk room, the game room, pool and spa, there was plenty to do and for everyone to sleep. Location was also great, close to amenities and easy to get around. We also brought our small Maltese and it was a great setup for pets. Great decor, clean, and they made check in/out and communication easy! Overall superior stay!

This Spacious Frisco home on a quiet neighborhood street has a great location, close to the Stonebriar Center, which includes an AMC theatre and a big selection of stores and restaurants. We were happy that we were also close to the Star in Frisco and got to see the Christmas Extravaganza at the Ford Center.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Christina’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Communication was seamless! Awesome staycation
We booked this place for the seclusion, private pool/spa, and it’s pet friendly. This house was beautiful inside and out and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s a 4 bedroom house that accommodates more than 10 people. Besides the nice patio, grill, and beautiful pool/spa outside. It also has a nice game room with a pool table. We were close to several restaurants and stores and didn’t have to drive very far. Christina the owner was very communicative during our stay and even put out a dog bowl and dog bags for the droppings, since we were bringing our fur baby. We loved our stay it was perfect for us and we definitely would book this place again.

Great for Large families
We booked this house for a back to school girls trip and had 13 moms/daughters (ages 3-16) -there was plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, and the pool was definitely the highlight- we all stayed in the pool for 2 days :-) the littles especially loved the built in hot tub, as we used it as a little “kiddie pool”. Parking was a challenge- room for 2 vehicles and then need to be conscious of neighbors if parking another vehicle or 2 on street- so suggest cutting down to 3 vehicles if possible. Great time, easy host response! .

,We, as a family were very happy with this property. The hoss was easy to get a hold of, and very responsive. The only suggestions have is I would be to change the type of sheets on the beds. They are a little hot and seem not to breath well. Other than that all went well. And because there are only 2 bathroom it is better for only 8-10 people.

Perfect home away from home!
Very cute house in a quiet well kept neighborhood, close to everything! The house was perfect for our weekend stay for my daughters prom. House is well stocked, lots of beds, great game room. The pool and spa were great, lots of fun and just what we wanted. We would for sure rent again and highly recommend. The communication from the host was wonderful, very quick responses.
