The motel is right in the centre of Frisco easy for dining and shopping lovely town ,enjoyed stay .the rooms were clean and tidy if not a bit dated but that is the charm of the motel .staff were very friendly.

What a dumpy motel
Very clean. Such a dumpy property though right downtown Frisco, it’s an eye sore! Uncomfortable beds and NO AC. I appreciate the lower rate but I’d rather pay a little more and have a more comfortable stay.
