The somewhat different 4 Edelweiss APART house (108 m²) in a central, quiet location in Fügen in the Zillertal. 300m from the center and 200m to the Spieljochbahn. Free ski bus to the SPIELJOCHBAHN and to HOCHÜGEN - KALTENBACH (ski swing) approx. 5 minutes on foot from the house. Ski practice meadow and cross-country ski run about 100m away.



New: ZILLERTAL-THERME, approx. 3 minutes by car from APART: sauna u. Swimming fun with slides for the whole family!

New: golf course. This 18-hole championship course extends over 65 hectares and offers you a spacious practice area with covered tees and short game area and a large chipping area and PGA golf school

Cancellation STORNO from the accommodation contract
If the guest does not use the ordered rooms or the pension, he is obliged to pay the agreed fee to the accommodation provider. Toller Winterurlaub
Birgit war wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin, in der Wohnung war alles was gebraucht wurde. Es gab sogar am Dienstag einen Handtuchwechsel. Zur Begrüßung stand auf dem Tisch eine Flasche Wein und etwas Süßes, eine tolle Überraschung. Bei Fragen war Birgit immer ansprechbar. Skiverleih und Skibushaltestelle waren nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Gaststätten sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus.

Ferien im Appartement Birgit
Wir, meine Ehefrau und eine gemeinsam befreundete bekannte , alle im Alter zwischen zweiundsiebzig und sechsundsiebzig Jahren , waren vom sechsundzwanzigsten August bis neunten September im Appartement Birgit in den Ferien . Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt . Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber .Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht . sogar Verbrauchsmaterial wie Küchenpapier oder Klopapier ist zur genüge da , was wir an anderen Orten immer selbst mitbringen mussten . Hand und Badetücher sowie Küchentücher sind vorhanden und werden auf Wunsch jeden Dienstag und Samstag ausgewechselt . Das ist wahrer Luxus . da wir das in anderen Ferienwohnungen meistens alles selber mitbringen mussten . Die An und Abmeldung war Problemlos und Birgit sowie deren Mutter sind sehr herzliche Personen .alles in allem war es der perfekte Urlaub . Ein paar hundert Meter weiter oben befindet sich das Hotel Kollerhof wo man eigentlich sehr gut Essen kann . Wir waren einmal dort Essen was sehr fein war . Da wir nicht mehr so riesige Portionen mögen fragten wir nach einer etwas kleineren Portion . Da sagte man uns , gibt es nicht , nur für Kinder . Das ist ein riesiger Minuspunkt für ein solches Hotel , bekommt man nach unserer Erfahrung in jedem Bergrestaurant kleinere Portionen . Deshalb sind wir auch nicht mehr dahin gegangen . Herzliche Grüsse an Birgit und Familie .

Zeer ruim, schoon en compleet appartement op slecht een aantal loopminuten van de Spieljoch. Van alles voorzien om na een dag skien heerlijk te ontspannen in een huiselijke sfeer. Goede communicatie met de eigenaresse!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie Gesamt 9 Personen im Ski-Urlaub. Die Wohnung war ideal gelegen nicht weit weg von der Gondelstation. An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, es war alles da was man gebraucht hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Familie Bula/Hiemisch

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Fügen
Wir waren im Winter 2022 zum Skifahren in der Ferienwohnung. Wohnung entspricht den Angaben. Alles war Top! Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und konnte bei Fragen und Problemen sofort helfen. Gute Lage in Fügen, Einkauf, Therme und Ski-Bus und Ski-Talstation sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz und separater Ski- und Skischuh Trockenraum sind vorhanden. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Hele mooie woning, fijne ruime bank met genoeg plek om bij te komen na een intensieve dag skiën en boarden op de piste. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en had als welkomstcadeau een doosje Merci en een fles wijn neer gezet. Erg leuk! Al met al echt een top appartement met mooie ruime vertrekken

Es passte sehr gut, Lage, Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung waren wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung entspricht von der Größe und Aufteilung eher einem abgeschlossenen Haus, absolute Privatsphäre inklusive.Birgit ist eine superherzliche, professionelle Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei und blitzschnell. Familienurlaub im Sommer 2019
Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung in Fügen, dicht an der Spieljochbahn (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vorher und auch währenddessen stets sehr gut. Danke für den ein oder anderen guten Tipp!
