Your Home from Home Studio Apartment Front Door opens into the Hallway with closets and Shower-Room followed by 2nd Door opening to the Open Plan living/sleeping space where you have the fitted galley kitchen and breakfast counter with ceramic stove, microwave, kettle, airfryer, cutlery, delph, pots/pans etc etc and which continues to the sleeping/living space of 1 double bed & 1 single bed sleeping 3 adults OR 2 adults & 1 child and
the AC (heat & cooling) & Smart TV with remotes etc ..
The Sliding Door opens to the terrace and the Wonderful Seaview you see in the pictures .. This is where you might chillax & watch or listen to the World Sailing by when not roaming about or on the beach or in the sea & taking a stroll or bike-ride on the Promenade ! Pictures are accurate ! It's all pretty much what it says on the tin !!

You'll also find a large communal Residents' lounge off the foyer on the ground floor complete with electric charging facilities for electric vehicles, bicycles, tricycles etc and toilets - keypad password available at Reception ..
The Reception Team will assist you with any emergencies and they will book tours, taxis, bicycles, mobility vehicles etc for you.
Take the Stella Maris business card as you checkin for reference !
The swimming pool entrance is outdoors at The Gastrobar and Reception will advise the keypad code ..
Reception will also give you the key to the “luggage room” which you return to them immediately ..
The Private owned Self-Service Laundry facility is located at the foyer and is very popular providing quick washing and drying facilities at reasonable rates (EU Notes/Bank Card ) - Snacks and water also located here ..
The Gastrobar on the ground floor has it's own unique cuisine and bar and provides indoor, outdoor & takeaway service & picnic type service at the swimming pool hatch (no glass) .. They usually have light music playing or sports on the TV and they have a popular snooker table - coin operated & queue system applies ! ..
The Beach and The Gastrobar also have wifi ..
My Guests *do not* have access to Stella Maris wifi ..
My studio apartment has Wifi-4G unlimited, cable tv and the use of the safe is free ..

Séjour parfait. L’appartement est conforme aux descriptions et est très bien situé face à la mer. Marion, la propriétaire est à l’écoute et très réactive. Des petites attentions envers le locataire ont été très appréciées. Tout est fait pour qu’on y soit à l’aise. Beaucoup de commerces, bars et restaurants à proximité. Le centre de Fuengirola est proche. Il n’y a pas de parking privé mais il est possible de se garer au parking souterrain à 5 min à pied pour 18€/jour et possibilité de réserver à la semaine.

Sorry not to share general enthusiasm. The terrace and the view are nice. But … the studio is very small (not 30 M2 as announced but only 20 m2 + 5 m2 of the terrace). Without any possibility of arrangement (cupboards are occupied by the personal effects of the owners). Uncomfortable bedding. Insufficient kitchen equipment . Worn towels. Very unstable WiFi. Of about forty rents which we booked, at the same price level, it is for us, by far, the most disappointing

What can I SAY ? We stayed at Marion's apartment for a month and it was amazing ,the apartment had everything you needed , it was like living at home but with an view overlooking the beach We would have breakfast on the balcony and see the sunrise plus all the people jogging,walking etc going past was relaxing to watch and if we had a query ? Marion was helpful and quick to reply We would definitly recommend staying here and were hoping to come back next year.

My wife and I visited this apartment last year and loved it that much, we just had to return-only this time we brought our son along with us. Yet again, the apartment was great and was impressed that there was an air fryer available should have have needed to use it. All I can say is, I would not hesitate to stay again and communication with Marion was always easy. Thanks Marion, we really enjoyed ourself.

Five Star Host, Amazing location!
New to booking through VRBO (and initially a bit nervous), we could not have been in better hands than host Marion. From the start, Marion answered all our (many) questions and provided great tips for our nearly month long stay. Her cozy unit is exactly as advertised, and while smaller, we knew that going in and were mostly on the deck overlooking the beautiful ocean. The double and single beds were comfortably firm (which we like) and Marion truly went the extra mile for us! There are so many comforts of home - shopping cart, air fryer and an electric juicer! If you need to work, the internet was fast and reliable for meetings. We were able to stream Prime, AppleTV & Netflix. The location of Stella Maris cannot be beat…no issues with water pressure/hot water, and for a 12 story building there were 4 lifts. The whole area of Fuengirola and Los Boliches is flat, safe and walkable. It is situated between Fuengirola and Los Boliches train stations. It might be a little closer to the Los Boliches stop but in any case about a 15-20 min walk to either. The property is in front of the beach, separated only by a road and 8 km boardwalk, with bike lanes. Right behind the property (a short block behind) is a Mercado (supermarket) with almost anything needed. It is a 6 min walk to the Tues and Sat markets, with an easy walk to bus/train. Buses were easy…make sure to go to Mijas! All in all, such a great time and we sure appreciated how Marion took care of us every step of the way!

An oasis of tranquility
We had a fabulous stay in Marion's apartment. It was immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were really comfortable and ensured we slept perfectly. The shower was powerful - almost therapeutic. We cooked quite a bit - making full use of the microwave, airfryer and hot plates. One of the best things about the apartment is the location - directly overlooking the beach and esplanade. We enjoyed many evenings eating and drinking on the balcony, taking full advantage of the spectacular sunsets. We were a few minutes walk from Mercadona, which sold a wide range of fresh and convenience food and a full range of groceries. We discovered an absolute gem just around the corner - the Makati Japanese restaurant and take away - fantastic food. Even 'though Los Boliches/ Fuengirola is a hive of activity with lots to see and do, we found Marion's apartment to be a peaceful retreat - quiet and relaxing. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

A pleasant relaxing holiday
My 19 year old daughter and I had a lovely time at this lovely clean, spacious studio. With it’s large double bed and also a very comfortable single bed, we had no problem getting a great nights sleep. With the beach just across the road plus a heated swimming pool at the hotel as well, we were spoiled for choice. The very friendly staff also made our stay very enjoyable. Everything is close to you including a large supermarket which is 3 minutes away. Great studio, great location, lovely food and excellent weather. What more do you need?👍

Perfect Appartment for a relaxing holiday
The accommodation was perfect for our holiday. Everything was inside and the description of the appartment was 100% correct. The view to the sunrise in the morning was a dream and the fact that the beach is only across the road was perfect. Communication with Marion was great and easy. El apartamento, pequeño, pero para ducharse, dormir y desayunar en la terraza perfecto. La limpieza, impoluta. Para repetir sin duda.

Skønneste lille lejlighed.
Dejlig lille lejlighed. Bedste udsigt over gade og strand. Lejligheden er godt udstyret, balkonen er fin og man har alt inde for rækkevidde af restauranter, barer og indkøb. Vi kommer gerne tilbage.
