Also all the food ordered was late and not correct missing items
Was made to pay deposit on arrival ! Although you advertise no other payments are needed to be paid

I had to use my own phone to calll reception . As it didn’t work in Room and no one could hear me, which meant they had to come up to my room to get out of my bed with literally literally like what I went to bed in which is not great I need a hotel for A week I wondered if you could help me because it was expensive and all the food was terrible and it was all late and it was all wrong and they kept forgetting the drinks and then they got my ice cream wrong. They just literally dumped a bowl of ice cream, when it was supposed to be ice cream with caramel sauce is it Hotel ? The staff are good but the protocol and the way that the hotel is run is not the staff fault but it’s not very customer friendly one of the guys and reception is extremely rude. He had like sort of skinhead and he was on reception. He was so rude also they knew I had to bring my assistance dog and I just felt like they didn’t really take my illness into account for my emotional pet my emotional well-being so I was extremely stressed and upset I specifically asked my breakfast to be sat why and my eggs were hard and they just don’t seem Get the right instructions from the kitchen as they’re only porters so it’s not their fault the chef bad awf
