Luxury holiday apartment for families & couples

Enjoy your stay in a truly luxurious air-conditioned apartment located in a safe gated community in the heart of Los Boliches, no more than a 2 minute walk from the train station and 3-5 minutes from the prestine Fuengirola beach, shops and buzzing restaurants. This apartment has been fitted to a high standard throughout and includes your at home comforts, while on holiday.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by both a lift and stairs. It comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite) which is configurable from 1 double bed, and 2 single beds + a fold-up sofa bed in the living room. There is a large balcony with a table and chairs ideal for eating/relaxing while enjoying the sun. The balcony features a glass enclosure which can be closed to limit wind and noise.

The large grass-verged communal swimming pool is available to use by guests from April to the end of September, and we provide sun loungers and beach equipment for guests to use during their stay.

For those with a car, free parking is available on the local nearby streets (not apartment parking) and the apartment is serviced with fast fibre internet/Wi-Fi.

Great Apartment & great location
Bathrooms an kitchen are first class. Main bedroom good- second bedroom was a little cluttered, but adequate. Balcony was large - can see the sea, but not sea facing. We Stayed mid Oct, pool and garden not accessible.

Great find
John's apartment is perfectly located for a lovely holiday in Los Boliches. Beach is a 3 minute walk away, there are a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. Fuengirola is a 20 minute walk away if you're looking for a stretch or you can take the train which is approx 3 minutes walk away. The train also allows easy access to airport, Malaga Centre, Torremolinos, Benelmadena, etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, modern, nice pool which is open till 10pm during high season! John, the owner, was very easy to deal with and very responsive. The apartment manager is just a phone call away and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Lovely apartment in downtown Los Boliches
Very clean apartment in downtown Los Boliches. The train is minutes away, walking. Nice bakeries, restaurants and bars with live music. The beach is 5 minutes walk. No need for a car because of easy transportation. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and also beach chairs. The pool wasn’t open but when you have such a nice beach, that’s all you need. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The patio has windows all around, so warmer to chill in the winter months.

The apartment is ideally situated near the train line to the airport , the beach and lots of great restaurants, bars and shops . There was a bit of noise in the evening but it didn’t spoil our stay and to be expected when you stay in the middle of the resort. The bathrooms have been refurbished as has the kitchen . The showers were great and it was handy to have a washing machine also . We spent our time around the pool and more often than not we had it to ourselves .To summarise a lovely apartment with a communal pool in a great location in the middle of a fab resort .

Great apartment . Fantastic location
We booked this apartment very last minute and I was so glad we did . John the owner contacted me quickly after the booking and explained directions to the apartment and the check in process. We were met at the apartment and check in was easy . The apartment itself is lovely very clean and modern . The two bathrooms were great as we were a party of three. The location couldn't be better for Los Boliches Station which we used to travel up to Malaga and a few of the adjacent towns. And a simple transfer from the airport on the train too. The pool was great too very quiet and there were deck chairs available from the apartment. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for a great base to explore Los Boliches and beyond I'd thoroughly recommend this place . 5 stars

Wow just wow
Property is fantastic , very clean and spacious ,any issues are dealt immediately, everything u can think is there in the flat for u to use.The balcony is huge , it is a great place to sit an watch the world go by , even if its raining as it is completely enclosed, on hot days u just open the windows .We sat on balcony most nights .The apartment is in very secure block , I felt very safe being on my own for a week.Supermarkets, shops just 2 minutes away. Train station less than 2 minute walk . John kept in contact with us , to ensure we were enjoying the apartment .The showers in both bathrooms are brilliant, they are a great size , plenty of hot water. When gas needed to be changed I just called Ewelyn who looks after flat and she came round and did it all for us.My sons came out an stayed at different times as we were here for several weeks , Definitely look at returning. Thanks John .

Central location with very good transport links. Well equipped with excellent WiFi. Nice pool area with beach equipment available. Could have done with second key as it meant no one could go out independently . Very convenient for several supermarkets and market and shopping trolley very handy.

Superb Apartment
We have just stayed as a family of 4 at this apartment, which is within the Don Luis complex of Los Boliches (1 short train stop before Fuengirola) for just over a week. This was our first venture into the Costa Del Sol but John the owner was incredibly informative and most helpful upon where to eat and what to visit etc. which was very re-assuring for new visitors. As for the apartment it had everything we could possibly need and it has been kept to a high standard. It is securely located inside a gated community, so only those with a key can gain access to the accommodation block and the pool is also secured behind a lockable gate. It's position was perfect for us, as everything from trains, buses, shops, restaurants and most importantly the sandy beach, is within easy walking distance. The trains do run close by to the Don Luis complex, however they are very quiet and they do not disturb the peace at night, so there are no issues there. I could probably go on forever about how much we enjoyed ourselves and how great the area was to us but I shall stop here and just say "go and see it for yourselves you will not be disappointed!!" We are already talking about going back next year.

Beautiful apartment in great location.
We have just returned from a 2 week stay in this beautiful apartment in Los Boliches. The location was perfect, 2 minutes from beach, restaurants, supermarket and train station. The property was so well equiped with everything you could possibly need. My husband and i have just returned from a 5 week stay in John's apartment.The location is superb , so near everything and being near the train station is a bonus. The apartment is nicely decorated and spacious, the kitchen has everything you need and the enclosed balcony is great. Had a problem whilst we were there with the tv but John managed to get this sorted for us promptly and kept us informed, nothing was too much trouble, which is what you need when you are staying for a few weeks. A lovely apartment in a great area.
My family and I stayed at John’s apartment in mid-September, 2018. The location is great, very close to the train station (though not close enough to be disturbed by noise), great restaurants and the beach. The apartment is big, clean and had everything we need to have a really relaxing and fun stay. John was great – giving directions and help, and recommended places to eat. I would really recommend this apartment to anyone considering a stay in the Fuengirola area. Los Boliches is a nice family area with plenty going on and great transport links. Thank you John.

Great apartment in a central location
If you choose to stay here you won’t be disappointed. Lovely apartment with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, train station and beach all within a couple of minutes walk. The pool area was clean and quiet with well tended gardens. The apartment’s close proximity to the train station made the journey from Malaga Airport to Los Boliches so easy, trains run every 20 mins from 6am to midnight and a ticket only costs 2.70 euros.

Fantastic Apartment with a great pool and perfect location.
If you are looking for a hassle free holiday this is the place to go.We stayed here for a week with our two children (10&7) and we had an absolutely fantastic time.Location was perfect, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.You don't have to travel far from this apartment if you don't want too as there are some lovely restaurants/cafes & bakeries all around.The pool and the pool area are kept to a very high standard.The apartment it self is also kept to a very high standard as it has been only recently refurbished. I couldn't recommend this area (Los Boliches) or this apartment enough we will definitely be back.
