Awesome stay
This was my 2nd time to stay here. It was an amazing experience, very clean rooms, well equipped. There was a leak in the upstairs toilet, but after a call to support, they very kindly shifted us to another room. Beautiful place.

Great location and comfortable and spacious stay
Everything about the property was great. The only negative was the check-in and check-out process. We never received the check-in information email, so didn’t have the code to enter the check-in area. We had to get our Japanese friend to call the check-in staff to provide the code. After we finally got into the check-in area, the check-in process was very long, having to enter everything in there. If there was better communication earlier, we could have provided this information earlier to ease with the check-in process. There was also no information about check-out either.

此地方在一間無人的中央房間check in，但我們到達時發現房間已鎖，無法進入check in。預訂時指入往前48小時會收到相關資訊，但並沒有。嘗試撥打門上所寫的電話也無人接聽。最後只能拜訪其他住客，幸好他們有密碼才能入往。 房子很好，但較多蚊蟲，請特別注意。

ゴールデンウィークに2家族で訪問しました。建物は新しく綺麗で、サウナや半露天風呂付きで、高規格です。夕食は近所のスーパーで食材を購入して、テラスでBBQを楽しみました。全てに満足していますが、チェックインの仕組みが、少々面倒です。これが解消できるとさらにいいですね。

15時過ぎに着いたらちょうどルームクリーニングした人が去る所だった。チェックインして少し経ってら、チャイムが鳴って忘れ物があると。 前泊者の匂いが若干残ってるのが気になった。 施設は快適だが、到着早々の件があり残念。 基本はタブレットでチェックイン、施設に誰も管理者がいないのも若干不安。
