Very specious room with fully renovated room. Only downside is the glass decider between toilet and other part of the bathroom. It’s hazardous (I hit my forehead almost walking through the glass).

I really liked the room size and type. The hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating. The facilities provided were really good. The only point i think that can be improved is that the study desk provided was a little unclean.

No frills, but a decent night's sleep
Although a bit impersonal and a little noisy because of the hotel's layout, my stay was fine. It's a budget hotel and so a room with no view and not much space was pretty much what I expected and served its purpose in providing a decent sleep in a convenient location close to Hakata Station.

A fairly easy walk from Hakata station. There were many dining options nearby. We found the hotel to be clean and the most spacious of all the hotels we’ve stayed in. The free ice coffee at the lobby was nice. Considering the location, and room quality, I think the price is very good value for money. I don’t agree with the negative reviews at all. Keep it up Zonk!

Minalist hotel. No cleaning throughout the 3 night stay. Additional ¥550 per luggage per day fee. Which is exorbitant considering the hotel is not within 5 min walk to Hakata Station.
