The hotel was very nice. It was clean, and was conveniently located a few steps from the train station. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative to report is that the room is small. It was not a problem for us, but it may be for some. It is perfect for a single person.

The room was a little too tight for two adults, but it was only a night so we made it work. Everything was average, the elevators were always crowded and because there are so many floors it took a while. This is just a personal preference but I did not like the interior decor of the hotel, the textiles were very tiring to look at it, and the colours were also on the tackier side. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. I understand this area needs more exposure and tourism to help the recovering economy, a nicer, more roomier hotel at a reasonable price I believe will go a long way.

Everything in the room is clean and well designed. I like how small but efficient the spacing is. I liked how I can control all of the lights in my room from the bed and how convenient it is to order pizza to the room!

The hotel is located very near to Fukushima JR Station (you can see the hotel building once you step out from JR Station). The location is very good and there are two supermarkets within walking distance (50-150m). The supermarket that attached to the JR Station (Pivot) will always offer a 50% discount on instant foods (like Sushi, Fried Rice, Noodles etc) after 6:30 pm. The foods are delicious. Basically the room is not big but clean and has all the basic facilities. The staff speaks good English and the check-in process is smooth. Overall it's a great 3-star hotel & I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
