Staff were nice property was clean and within easy walk of tube station, however tvs in both rooms did not work and showers didnt work for first 3 days despite complaining each morning before we left.

These are actually two separate hotels in different buildings, both on the Chelsea Football Team campus. I stayed in the Copthorne; A/C control in my room was broken, but breakfast was excellent and the room was large with two double beds. Linen service excellent. Check-in was mono-syllabic and hardly welcoming, but this is a great central location, about 15 minutes walk to West Brompton or Imperial Wharf overground and 5 minutes to Fulham Broadway or the Kings Road.

Chelsea millennium copthorne DONT TOUCH IT
Long wait check in. Room not ready at 6.00 pm. Dirt marks, stains and broken wash basin. Prices for drinks exorbitant eg weak shandy and a gin and tonic just under £19. Hard working front of house receptionist handling up to 6 check ins blonde woman manager? Swanning around doing nothing and again later in evening when trying to report issues with room again. Was promised a change of room it never happened. Hotel security way over top, stopped each time frying to enter hotel via Chelsea football club or entrance to hotel. Very “police statist” Positive - great location for bus, train or walking. I AND MY DAUGHTER HAVE STAYED IN LONDON ABOUT 25 TIMES AT VARIOUS HOTELS. NEVER ONE AS POOR AS THIS. I felt sorry for hard working ordinary staff I could see

I had an excellent stay at the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea Football Club. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout my visit. The property itself is in excellent condition, with modern facilities that made my stay very comfortable. The area around the hotel was safe and quiet, which I appreciated. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options nearby, and the location was very convenient for transportation. It was also very walkable, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.
