my family and i enjoyed our stay here. laundry on site, breakfast every morning. we just had issues with our key every time we returned to the hotel. it was simple to just walk back to the front desk and they'd redo it. will definitely stay here again

I have stayed here a few times and really like staying here. It is not the most nicest place, but it is definitely worth it. They have free breakfast and I believe transportation to Disney if I’m not mistaken.

There was homeless people everywhere I had to move my car several times as I was scared it get broken into. Not to mention their ads that are misleading and make you think it’s the Howard Johnson in front of the Disney park, instead it’s in Fullerton. The room smelled real Bad and the floors were sticky. The blinds had smudges and weird stains. The front desk did not let us check In 30 min early but sure did let another family check in right after us. Once noticed they called us and gave us a room. N

We had issues with the internet, i called the front desk and was told its just how it is, the internet is on an open network making it useless with all the guests using it. The elevator did not work and the room itself had stained sheets, carpets and walls. The only thing that worked well was a couple of friendly shuttle drivers and the fromt desk employees

Elevator was broken, my bathroom had hair in it when I got there, pool was not open, there were tip jars everywhere within the building that in my opinion I just felt pressured to tip not sure if if this normal but I’ve never experienced a hotel like this , my shower curtain was at an angle and did not close at all.

Disgusting filthy rooms. We asked to change and the second room was just as bad smelled of cat urine. When we told the front desk they gave us spray to spray the room. Then they’d have a the cleaning staff go there. The next day when they didn’t come I was told by The other front desk girl they don’t clean the rooms while we stay. It was disgusting. The other major concern the main elevator was broken so the hotel shared one on the other side of the hotel. Also they have not had a pool working in years they said but it’s advertised on hotels.com that they do when we asked them they said they were not contracted with hotels.com so there’s nothing they could do.

This property is nothing like they advertise. We booked for 7 nights... left on the 2nd night One elevator was out of service when we got there. Then... the next day... the 2nd elevator was broken down. Had to go up and down 4 flights of hot... dark... creepy stairs at 1am. After it being 109 degrees out... not the way we wanted to end our day. No A/C in lobby for past 2 months. Pools been down for months. Cockroaches. Nobody would answer the front desk phone. No hot water for hours one night. Very noisy. Blackout curtains are not black out. Ice machines have mold and slime inside them and smell horrible. Graffiti in the hallway Our toilet seat was held together with a big loose screw. Tubs didn't drain And the final straw was housekeeping came in our room... when we specifically asked them not to. We were told by front desk staff that they would not go in without being requested... yet they did. I wish I could attach pictures for proof. We were told they would review our complaints and see about a refund when we were checking out early. Nope. Further emails with Jason confirmed that they WILL NOT refund. The "Leadership team" does not approve refunds. They offered 2 free nights to "give them another chance" Not happening! Gross! Now looking at other reviews on this property I can see that they get on reviews and "apologize" and ask for another chance. But no changes are made So do yourself a favor.... DO NOT stay at this Property!

One elevator was broken. On the first night the second elevator also broke down. They called someone out to fix the second elevator and you would think they would fix both but no, they only fixed the second one and the first one stayed broken. The ice machine on my floor, the third floor, was broken. Had to go to the second floor to get ice. Second night I came back to the hotel and saw two huge cockroaches wandering around in the hallway. The pool was completely drained. A sign said it was unavailable due to cleaning but the pool was completely drained and unusable the entire week I was there. They provide a free shuttle to Disneyland but it's only operable from 8am to 12pm and doesn't operate again until 8pm to 12am. So it's very limited in when it operates with only 1 shuttle per hour. The hotel overall is very run down. Wallpaper peeling from the wall, cables and wires hanging from the walls, and the carpet and flooring is dirty. Some of the staff is hospitable but a lot give the impression that you are bothering them when asking for anything. I asked for a microwave and fridge for my room a week prior to my trip but upon arrival they did not have either ready or available for my room. I had to wait until the second night even though I was told there would be one available the first night. The hot water ran out and I had to take a cold shower one of the nights of my stay. They also offer late check out but when requested they said I couldn't. I will not stay here again.
