Clean stay with views, close to funchal
The home was clean and well situated. We enjoyed the views from the upper balcony and the pool. it should be noted you cannot see the ocean or views from the pool or when sitting on the ground floor because of the wall, however when you stand up or go to the upper level you can. It is about a 10 minute convenient drive to funchal and close to the highway. Well situated to explore the island.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage auf Madeira. Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir waren zu fünft und es ist uns ein Rätsel wie man mit 10 Personen dort unterkommen kann. Am Platz scheitert es nicht aber an der Ausstattung, es hat zu wenig Sitzmöbel im ganzen Haus so wie am Pool. Die Haus ist zudem schon deutlich abgewohnt und hat hier und da Schimmel an den Wänden. In der Dusche des Erdgeschosses riecht es ab und an nach Benzin ( oberhalb des Gebäudes ist eine Tankstelle). Nach der Abreise, wir waren noch über 30 Minuten am Haus als der Putztrupp das Haus betrat ohne etwas zu sagen, kam eine Stunde später als wir bereits eingecheckt haben die Aufforderung wir sollen insgesamt 450€ nachzahlen wegen Schäden-diese waren aber bereits bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden. Sehr sehr schade dass unser Aufenthalt so endet und einen faden Beigeschmack hinterlässt.

Hus med magnifik utsikt
Huset hade generösa utrymmen, ett bra kök med bra utrustning. Fin uppvärmd pool mot tillägg. Det fanns nio bäddar med ok kvalitet. Bäddmadrass saknades i master bedroom. Sänglamporna fungerade inte, wifi fungerade inte i ett av rummen. Handdukskrokar saknades i toalettavdelningen i master bedroom. Möbleringen var gjord för 6 personer och inte 10. Stolar saknades till takterrasen. Sammanfattningsvis ett bra hus med bra läge och fantastisk utsikt. Små investeringar i inredning och detaljer och lite mer underhåll skulle gett det ett toppbetyg.

Muito satisfeita com a estadia que tivemos. Vista incrível, casa bem equipada e de fácil acesso e a agência muito prestável. Pedimos máquina de café e no dia a seguir estava a porta de casa.
