"Nice house. On warm days, the covered patio could be nice. New floors, but gaps between planks. Good beds. Good water pressure. (Let the hot water refill between showers.) Cleaners still there long after check-in. Key didn't work in bolt locks, just handles (3 different doors--I jiggled & coaxed). One bedroom door almost torn off with its frame (we were careful not to finish the job, but you can't fully cover the opening). One whole side of the backyard fence has clearly been down for many years (brush grown up over much of it)--not an enclosed back yard. Broken overhead light in family room. Overall pleasant, but needs repair & replanishment."

"House was poor overall. Check in was very late, apparently due to poor conditions from previous stay. Wasn’t clean when we did get in, floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Poor value overall as the price is very high relative to the quality. We stayed in a much nicer house in Bella vista later in the trip for less cost. "

"Exactly as described. Small cozy little one room apartment with the basics. Had a weeklong training in the area and this was a perfect option for the stay. I liked the location, next to a huge park which was fun to run through. Nice little quiet neighborhood too."

"Property was convenient. It had everything we needed for our business trip.. but it needs some cosmetic updates inside. there is alot of pealing paint and ceiling stucco falling. Short of the cosmetic issues... the owner was highly responsive and answered all questions as they came up. Would stay again."
