This is a ground floor apartment with garden and parking space, located in the Smeraldo Condominium, a few meters from the Portorosa Marina Yachting Marina which can be accessed to take advantage of all the equipment and activities. There is a large swimming pool in the Marina, more restaurants on the sea as well as various boutiques.
The apartment is very comfortable with a large well-kept garden with palm trees and plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation. Consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.
Also available availability of excursions to the Aeolian Islands from the nearby tourist port or from Milazzo which is a few kilometers away.
