This is one of the best hotel with a cheap price. It’s beautiful and the view is incredible. Free water, laundry and snacks. It’s one of my favorite hotel. Stayed in many 5 stars and this is one of the best and the lowest price. It’s only 4 stars American standard because there’s no pool and bathtub which we don’t need. Otherwise it’s a truly 5 stars in the high end.

"I recently stayed at the Huaqiang Plaza Hotel and it was my second time staying at the hotel. I have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the convenient location. The hotel is right next to the station, making it easy to get around the city. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping it clean every day. I would also like to commend a staff member named Beta who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and answering any questions I had. Beta is a true asset to the hotel, and her excellent service made a real difference in my experience."I recently stayed at the Huaqiang Plaza Hotel and it was my second time staying at the hotel. This is a true 5-star hotel in the heart of downtown Shenzhen. The metro station is less than 1 min away. My room is big and bright with a great view of the city and Hong Kong in the background. The front desk manager was especially helpful in answering all my questions (even travel/tour related) and giving helpful hints and guidance. He speaks very good English, and I was very thankful. There are also free self-laundry washing/drying machines. Sometimes you see robots making food delivery getting into the elevator with you which is amazing. I will absolutely come back to stay at this hotel again next time. 6 stars for sure.

Awesome service!
The staff was very helpfully since day 1 we check in. At the last day, the front desk Jonathan Yang was awesome, he gave us specific accurate direction for our family to cross border to HK. We save lots of money on it too.
