Night clerk was fantastic, she was busy but extremely polite and organized. Even reprimanded young men in the lobby using offensive language without them getting offended. Very impressed.

The night receptionists was exceptionally polite and professional. Room service was horrible. Saturday no one cleaned the room or put fresh towels in the bathroom. The room had an odor. The breakfast was horrible.
