Welcome to the freshly renovated and newly furnished city design apartment in Gaggenau.
The 60m² apartment, located almost in the city center, consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and storage room.
The apartment was renovated to a high quality in 2023 and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The furnishings are stylish and modern

Living room/workspace:
- The large 55-inch television and the streaming offer with Netflix are ideal for relaxed movie evenings on the sofa. A PS4 is also available upon request.
- The large (SLEEPING) couch in the holiday apartment is particularly comfortable and offers space for everyone. In just a few simple steps, the couch can be converted into a sofa bed, thus offering another place to sleep.
- A desk with a lamp in the living room invites you to work. The fast internet makes it perfect for working on a laptop.

Bedroom:
- A spacious king-size bed measuring 1.80mx 2.00m invites you to spend time together and relax! You can charge your smartphone on the bedside tables. Charging cables for all providers are available!
A wardrobe with 2 compartments and a comfortable seating lounge complete the offer

Bath / WC:
The modern bathroom consists of a bathtub, toilet, wall cabinet and sink. A hairdryer and towels are available for you.
A WASHING MACHINE WITH DRYER FUNCTION is also available in the bathroom!
The highlight is certainly the spacious, feel-good corner bathtub, which invites you to take a relaxing bath. A small wellness set with bath salts and shampoo gives you the opportunity to switch off and relax

Kitchen/dining room:
In the well-equipped kitchen you can conjure up your favorite meal quickly and easily. There is a hob with an extractor hood, an oven, a capsule coffee machine and a refrigerator (with freezer) at your disposal. Other electrical appliances such as toasters, kettles and much more are also available.
Cooking utensils such as cutlery, pans and pots offer you the opportunity to cook something delicious.

Storage room:
The storage room offers space for your purchases. A fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are available there if necessary. You will also find everything you need to clean and tidy the accommodation, such as a vacuum cleaner or cleaning cloths and cleaning products. An ironing board and iron are also available.

The front door and the apartment entrance door can be opened using an electric door lock using a code. You will receive this access code directly to your cell phone before your arrival via email or mobile.
