Coyote Cabin on Pristine Pine Creek!

This 2 bedroom cabin is great for a weekend or week long getaway! The cabin is located in Gaines set back from Pine Creek. The area is great for kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, ATV riding, snowmobiling and other outdoor activites. The cabin is fully furnished with dishes, bedding, gas grill, and a fire pit.
The Pennsylvania Grand Canyon is just a short drive away and offers picturesque hiking trails and views. Cherry Springs State Park is located about 20 miles away and is well known for star gazing. The Pine Creek Rail Trail is located close by and is great for family biking or hiking.

The cabin located across a dead-end dirt road from Pine Creek. We own the frontage on the creek side of the road. The deck overlooks the creek.

Quick weekend getaway for myself, husband and our dog. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the cabin. Tastefully decorated and updated on the inside. 15 mins from Wellsboro and hiking trails. Enjoyed meals at the Wellsboro House, Old Antlers Inn and Burnin’ Barrel. Relaxing evening Friday night at the fire pit. Had a chilly, rainy hike on Saturday but made the best of it while enjoying the fresh air and views. Woke up Saturday morning to two fawns right outside the kitchen door! The host was quick to respond to my inquiries and check in was smooth. We are hoping to return in the Spring.

Gaines Cabin
Great location, springboard to PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek Rail Trail, and Wellsboro. Quaint cabin with everything our family of three needed. Impeccably clean per my wife, which she absolutely never says. Shelley was incredibly kind and understanding when I got our travel dates incorrect. I wish I could give her 6/5 stars.

A Few Day Getaway
We had wanted to take a few days away during the prime autumn season. But also be near a small town for restaurants and entertainment. We were really impressed with Wellsboro's restaurants and downtown area. For such a small town it has a lot to offer. The home was a nice home away from home.

A great time in a fantastic country setting
We had a great time here. The cabin was spotlessly clean and had all of the modern appointments that you would expect. The front patio, back deck, and fire pit were the best. The cabin is located on a back road along Pine Creek and is a short drive to Galeton and beautiful downtown Wellsboro. The rental process was easy and checking in was simple. 5 stars.

Coyote cabin was perfect for 2 couples . Great location to Pine creek rail trail and West rim trail of Pennsylvania Grand Canyon . Coyote cabin was clean and had everything we need .

Great getaway
As we were walking up to the cabin door a Bald Eagle flew overhead. We hiked Colton point, biked the rail trail for about 15 miles, fly fished and took a trip to Elk County on a rainy day to see elk (saw 10 very close). The cabin was very accommodating; comfy beds, great shower, big screen tv, fire pit, nice grill. Hosts were very responsive with small issue.

Cabin near Colton State park
We choose this location based on its proximity to Colton state park which was less than a ten minute drive. Some really nice trails to explore . Nice cabin tucked back but close to dining, state parks. Short drive to Wellsborough would highly recommend Main street Creamery if you're looking for ice cream!

We had an incredible experience at Coyote Cabin! We were there for the weekend and it was very accommodating for our family, even with a toddler! The house was packed with everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!
