Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. Bathtub faucet had wear and tear marks and the tub drain was not functioning properly. Big thing was all the traffic outside the hotel really made it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again, but definitely bringing earplugs!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only issue we had was with the tv, which was not working properly at first. After trying to correct the problem ourselves, we could still not to change channels or make choices. We advised the front desk and someone came to try to fix. She was unable to figure it out either and left momentarily. in the meantime we figured out how to get it to work properly; very strange problem with plugins and no direction for proper setup.
