the staff was very friendly, after we check a couple of rooms, our room clean (others had a lot of smell, very humid) the building is in very bad condition.. dirty and no maintenance at all. we only decided to stay because of how nice was the staff with us.

The exterior of the hotel was very run down, including a broken down vehicle parked in the parking lot. The interior of the room was very dirty and run down. Liquid stains on the bed spread, spots on the sheets, stains on the towels, and stains on the wall in the bathroom. It is apparent that the sheets, bed spreads, and towels are cleaned regularly. Due to the unsanitary conditions of my room, I checked out, cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed at! It was family weekend at UF so options were limited. So it makes it doubly worse that I paid as much as I would pay to stay at a Hilton two nights at this scum bag motel. It was filthy! Floors, bathroom, doors and walls just disgusting. I’ll be working with my credit card to try and retract payment because it was that awful. It’s also three stories and the outside pathways are tipped as if it’s about to fall in a sink hole. The bathroom handle broke so we called and they said maintenance left at 4! Really no one on call to fix a broken toilet?? We had to use a hanger in the back tank because the chain was busted. So absolutely disgusting it should be shut down as health hazard. I’ll be jumping in the shower when I get home and washing every thing including bags that touched the floor. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

The room does not have a pleasant smell, the breakfast is terrible, they do not offer anything hot, eggs, burgers. The ice dispensers are almost all broken, you have to go out to get ice.

Good place to rest for the night.
It was inexpensive, it was clean, and it was a good place to sleep for the night after a Gator football game that ended late at night. Breakfast on Sunday was simple but satisfying.

Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Carpet in my room was sticky, scuff marks / holes on walls and bathroom door was breaking apart. These are a few hard to ignore issues but the room seemed as clean as possible considering what I mentioned. This was a special weekend to be in town, so i paid considerable more than most people would on any other weekend.

Bait and switch!!!!!!!
This is basic bait and switch ,the rooms dont look anything like the pictures on the site, when entering our room it smelt stuffy and like there was wet carpet or mold there, but what creeped me out was the condition of the bathroom the tub was stained and dirty looking, there was also what appeared to be a drop of blood on the floor by the toilet. We went to the front desk and explained the condition of the room, they didn't appear surprised at all but they were very nice and walked me to another room to make sure it was ok, which it was much better than the previous one. We were in town for a funeral and the morning of as i was ironing my dress the iron kept leaking big spots of water on my dress and eventually left a water ring on my dress, it did the same thing with my nephew when he ironed his pants. Overall i would definitely not stay the again due to the condition if the rioms, the remotes didnt work for the tv , the phone in the room didn't work and had pieces missing off of it,but again i will say the staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.

Loud, dirty and not safe. Doors are exterior and exposed directly to parking. I heard loud music, doors slamming, car doors slamming and talking all night. Also you can hear Interstate 75. I never had anyone check to see if I needed housekeeping and I was told they don’t service every room every day. They also pressure washed the walkway and water flooded under my door into my hotel room. Cigarette butts and trash were all over the outside. Carpet was dirty, blow dryer caught fire in my room and the sheets were very thin. I got bit by critters in the bed. I was very unhappy but had a non refundable reservation or I would have canceled.

get what you pay for...not much
As soon as we "busted" in the door to get in our room, we were immediately assaulted by a moldy smell. We literally had to use our body weight to open the door as it looked as though it had been damaged at some point. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom (have pics to prove it) and a baby roach crawled across the bed spread when we were IN the bed! The bathroom door handle/jambs were FILTHY (also have pics). Very disappointed! Especially with the Wyndham name, pictures are not real of the actual room you stay in
