Other Things to Note:
-The person booking the reservation (reservee) is required to stay at the property. Failure to do so could result in cancelation of the booking without refund.
-The Reservee is held responsible for the actions of anyone, including any guests or visitors that they may have on the property.
-You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest. The max occupancy is 7 guests. Daytime visitors are completely ok but can not stay overnight (10 PM cutoff). There is a $200 per person fee for unregistered overnight guests.
-Anyone booking the home for 12 days or more is required to have additional cleaning services at the normal cleaning fee. We require a 1x per week clean for longer stays and will be charging this additional charge each week. Notify the host and they will get that scheduled for you.
-We provide some complimentary home and bath essentials to get you started, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, some toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer soap and some laundry detergent.
-We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed
-We are a bring you own Password house which means our TV’s are set to guest mode.
-Please also keep in mind that we require that all of our guests fill a check in form with an email and phone number, as well as the reason for your stay, so we can make sure to better cater to your stay!
**HOUSE RULES**
NO parties or loud music; $500 fee
NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals
NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee
NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest
Your reservation may be subject to a Security Deposit/Authorization Hold, this applies to some booking but not all of them. Please inquire if you'd like to know more

Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself
Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful. Trash days are Wednesday, if your stay falls that day we'd really appreciate if you could pull the bin to the curb
Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should
