Booked and confirmed a king. Only had 2 queen bed rooms on arrival. Showed my receipt but room not available. Paid extra for king. Tv was on in our room. Volume would not work. Unable to shut it off. Had to move the table and unplug it.

Overall the stay was peaceful and quiet. The staff was welcoming. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The hotel is located next to a shopping area. Cons: The fire alarm in my room was hanging off the ceiling. The front door of the room was damaged as if the previous guest or someone tried to break into the room. The front desk made a notification to the manager, however the maintenance guy did not get there until 11:00pm and by then it was to late. During breakfast I observed a rotten orange. Aside from that the stay was good, just small things they need to pay attention to.

I stayed there because I was going to a show nearby here. The show says that this was a host hotel & it was close. I'm happy that I was able to stay here for a night!

We had a family wedding in the area and many of our relatives stayed here at The Fairfield Inn which was licated in a convenient and safe area. The guest rooms and overall facilities are in good shape and the breakfast area and lobby were also good. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. I would come back again if we ever do something in the area again!
