The hotel staff was nice, and the room was clean. But the issue I had was the A.C. was not working properly, had an uncomfortable night and no water pressure in the shower.

I only had two problems with this hotel. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable unless you like sleeping on an brick, and the pillows made it even worse. They were feather like pillows. You know the size of a postage stamp, that dissolved underneath your head and you ended up with your head on the mattress. A choice for guests of feather or foam pillow would be nice.

Excellent property. Very clean especially the rooms. Friendly people. It was a little warm/humid in the main areas like by the front desk and breakfast area but the room were nice and cool for sleeping. Comfy beds too.

I was booked in a handicap room which I did NOT request…Was next to elevator… Rumbling all night.. Hotel was full nothing they could do… Since this was non refundable nothing I could do😖
