I recently enjoyed yet another fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism of the staff made me feel welcome. The valet parking was quick and convenient, which made a great impression. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and attentive, adding a personal touch to the excellent service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Really bad toxic smell in the hallways. Room also had a musty smell that was unpleasant. There's no parking...valet only, which is pretty annoying. The hotel was like a beautiful woman that never showers.

We had procedures at Shands to deal with the “back door” access was quite handy. There are insufficient handholds and mats for the shower that makes it uneasy for us older people….

The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately, there is no parking available. I was required to pay for parking and valet service each time I went out. Additionally, I experienced two flat tires, likely due to nails in the empty lot where they park the cars. This caused significant inconvenience on the highway and delayed our plans. Despite raising this issue with the hotel, I received no response. Due to this, I would recommend avoiding this hotel despite its other positive aspects.
