Thank you to Pascal (front desk) who checked us in, very friendly and easy to talk to, requested a good room with a view of downtown and he got us that. Antonio (valet) is friendly as well and we vibed we can trust him with our car. Parking is scarce since it’s being shared with the public. The second floor is the best part, lounge areas and balcony, unli free coffees/tea/cookies/tvs/bar! There are a lot of great restaurants and cafes around. Startbx right in front.

It was very nice and very clean. Staff was attentive, professional and kind. I do wish there was better arrangements for parking and drop off. When I arrived, There was no parking in front of the entry way. Parking was limited to 15 minute parking stalls.
