The Gainesville northern location provides year-round views of the open lake and is away from all the crowds that are notorious on the southside of the lake. Come enjoy the beautiful sunset over the water from the sandy beach!

Only 45 minutes from Atlanta Airport! This spacious three story home is perfect for a family vacation or a quite getaway. This home is located less than 10 minutes from I-985 and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas, and shopping. Instacart and Uber Eats also deliver.

Wake up every morning overlooking the water from the oversized main suite from your new Organic Awara king size bed. The master suite has a 65” Smart TV, walk-in shower with double shower heads, soaker tub, and walk-in closet. Gas lit fireplace with remote offered for those chilly Fall or Winter Nights. If you need to work during your stay, there is a full-size desk and 1 Gig of high speed Wi-Fi!

Sail Away:
Twin single beds located upstairs on the same floor as the Main bedroom with a walk in closet, bookcase full of kids books, and games galore! Bonus en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. Perfect for kids of all ages!

Turtle Time:
Main floor bedroom with new Organic Awara King Mattress. Designated bathroom has a full size bathroom w/ a bathtub.

Back Main floor-New Organic Awara Queen Mattress with en-suite full bath tastefully accented with blushing colors! Overlooks the lake!

There are 4 fully renovated bathrooms, 1 for each bedroom so everyone has their own. There’s lots of space for everyone.

Coffee bar with Nespresso machine, Mr Coffee, and a Nutribullet blender for the coffee fix and the health nut and those yummy smoothies!

The main floor has a kitchen that any chef would approve of, new Kitchenaid 5-burner gas stovetop to make preparing meals for a group easy. The dining room has plenty of seating and overlooks the lake.

Do you feel like everyone always gathers in the kitchen? We do too, that’s why we included two different sitting areas that adjoin to the kitchen. A large island spills into the Fireplace room with a comfy Pottery Barn sofa which then flows into the Dining Room. Sit back and read a book while watching the sunset or entertain the kids by letting them unwind while watching the 75” smart TV in the downstairs Movie Room.

Need a little more space? Sit back and relax in the spacious movie room that has two comfortable reclining sofas and has a 75” Smart TV. Ping Pong and foosball in the
next room over!

Outdoors:

For outdoor living, there is a full deck off the main floor, complete with seating for 8. The responsibility for propane used in the outdoor grill lies with the guest. While we make every effort to ensure the tanks are filled, sometimes timing between guests can pose challenges. We would appreciate you conveniently exchanging the tanks at a gas station located just down the street.

Smoking: No Smoking allowed in or on premises including the dock!

Parties: not allowed-3 car maximum-no exceptions! Noise ordinance from 11pm-7am.

Pets: none allowed
