This nonsmokers-only property is my private, full-time home. I have been traveling on business since March 2024 and since that time, my condo has been available for private use.
This quiet, attractively decorated and furnished 1/1 condo (760 sf.) is nestled in a shady forest 1.6 mi. north of UF. It even has a creek and wooden bridge! It's on the 1st floor and is clean, tidy, and well maintained. It has wifi but no cable TV. There's a smart TV in the living room with the most popular apps for watching YouTube, free movies, and news. Enjoy the semi-firm spacious king bed, well-appointed kitchen, dining area, living room with classic art, and lush, tropical back garden. The bathroom has a tub and shower. A pool with grills, clubhouse for work/study and free WiFi, and fitness center with saunas are for your use. Parking is free and unassigned, so park in any space. The home is filled with classical art, yet the bedroom is contemporary and modern. Enjoy the condo as your home-away-from-home with its fully equipped kitchen containing dishes, pots, pans, cups, glasses, coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven, utensils, spices, and other items needed for storing, preparing, and eating meals. The complex is in a forest with views of magnolias, ferns, bamboo, and other tropical vegetation. Forested Ring Park is across the street for tranquil nature trail walks along the creek. Many springs and spring-fed rivers are located nearby in famous Florida state parks for nature outings which this area is famous for. Note: All guests (2 maximum) must be 19 years old or over. No children, pets, or smokers, please.
The condo complex is 1.6 miles north of the University of Florida and downtown Gainesville and 0.5 miles west of 13th St. N. which is home to many shops, stores, groceries, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, and most places you will need when you're here. A direct bus line going to downtown, the university, Shands Hospital, and the VA Hospital is located outside of the complex on the main road, NW 23 Blvd. (also named NW 23rd Rd.). It's tree-lined and even though it's in the city, it gives the impression of a rural, tranquil, winding country road. The area is ideal for bike riding with sidewalks for safety. Parking in the condo complex is free and unassigned with many spaces located right outside the unit entrance. The condo is across from the pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, and car wash station. Right across the main road from the complex is Ring Park, a shady, wooded nature preserve with a hiking trail that follows the creek which also runs through the condo complex and through much of Gainesville.
