This property was very disappointing, the sink faucet wasn't bolted down, the tub was damaged on bottom surface was chipped had paint stains and cracked. My wife and I both refused to even use the shower. I should have known there was a going to be a problem, they had a sign at the desk that said you have 15min to ask for a room change.

Don’t book through Expedia. Got her and I had no reservation 😡 yet I booked this in may and had the email showing… got lucky one room left . Prices we was double what I had paid . So now I’ve got to get a refund as well . Not cool

Where to start, the pictures are about 10 years old at least. The faucet wasn’t installed correctly, the door to the room stuck, the frame is coming off the wall, everything was worn out and just gross. I was not expecting anything amazing but this is just pathetic….

This place is a dump! Floors were filthy, had to wash feet when walking barefoot. Some kind of gnats in the sink. A lamp did not work. Twveri Ticle line on the tv screen. Located in a run down area of Gainesville. Never again!

The bed had sh** stains. Tub was nasty looking. Don’t recommend staying here. What a rip off. Faucet seemed like it was going to fall apart. Room didn’t feel clean. No soap to wash your hands or scrub yourself. Door jam was busted and there was no way the lock would have held.

Worst accommodations we have ever had.
Dont know where start. Couldnt get into the room. Latch was broken. Clearly have been before because door jam was also busted. Floor had not been mopped for some time. Toilet was running. Shower was on and one could not stop the water from coming out of the faucet, it was not just a leak. I packet of coffee for 2 people for 2 days. No 2nd day service - no fresh towels, no soap, no shampoo. Breakfast was a joke, opened at 7:00. No service after 9.Holes in the walls. Sheetrock busted in bathroom, 6 inch hole. No ice machine, apparently was broke for some time. Staff was not aware. Worst accommodation we have ever had.

Did not even look like it was still in business
This place was scary! The pool had bushes growing out of it. The whole place was overgrown. The sign was rusted and the letters on the sign were so old and faded you could not read them. It is very isolated as well, so we were too scared to stay.
