First room wasn’t cleaned… sheets in the chair. Second room had used soap in the shower and the bathtub still had soap residue… the girl that checked us in was super friendly and accommodating.

Recent stay information.
Room was clean. TV didn’t work. Toilet ran non stop all night. Hard to believe they didn’t know about it. Stayed in other Quality Inns this one was not the normal stay. Front desk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Need to do some PM on rooms.

We are in our late 70’s We asked for a handicapped room. The room was in poor condition. Leak over the toilet. The door lock cover was open and electrical wires open for touch. There was no ramp close to room. My friend cannot walk far on a walker, and we were far from any ramp and was not shown where it was until we were leaving. They put us in the back of the building where it was darker and unsafe. We had to climb over two curbs to get into the walk way to the room. The shower was not handicap safe had no hand bars and a step to get over. We stayed one night and left we booked two and did not stay. Couldn’t. It was terrible. No refund. Don’t stay!

Not so good, the room had a bad odor, like dirty sweaty body odor and there were crickets in the room. There was only decaf coffee in the room. Continental breakfast was not that great, the waffle batter had gone bad and potatoes were not fresh

I will never use them again, i didnt have a remote to the room i was given, when i went to the service desk to find out about it the person at the desk told me the manager was coming to bring it i got there at 330 pm and didnt get the remote until 11 pm , and i was charged an additional money for i have no idea for so the rooms where not what they said it was , i end up paying more the what was said so im pissed about the whole deal.......
